#22 United Autosport takes the lead after one hour
Dramatic start of the 4 Hours of Barcelona with 3 LMP2 crashing in turn 2 and several LMP3 also in the gravel at turn 1. United Autopsort takes the lead at hour 1 ahead of #34 Inter Europol Competition and #37 CLX Motorsport

Red flag after first start. Jonas Reid in the #9 Proton Competition Oreca 07 Gibson spun in Turn 2 and collided with both the #47 CLX Motorsport LMP2 Pro-Am entry of Georgios Kolovos and the #27 Nielsen Racing car of Kriton Lentoudis. All three cars had to retire ahead of a new start procedure.
Also three LMP3s involved in a crash after Antti Rammo in the #4 DKR Engineering Ligier JS P325 Toyota spun into the first corner and crashed into both the #17 CLX Motorsport car of Paul Lanchere and the #68 M Racing entry of Nick Adcock. #17 and #4 were able to restart after repairs several laps behind the class leaders.
