Jake Hughes tops Barcelona's Prologue with #25 APR

The first day third session dedicated to LMP2s saw three drivers setting first, third and fourth fastest laps of the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) Prologue at Barcelona with Hughes fastest, Chatin third and Masson fourth. Deletraz was the fastest driver of the first session (day 1 morning) session and Koen did set the fifth fastest lap during the second day afternoon session.

Jake Hughes tops Prologue

Jake Hughes with #25 Algarve Pro Racing Oreca did set the fastest lap of the Prologue during the early evening session with a 1 :28.667. He was the only one under the 1 :29 mark.

Last year LMP2 Pro Am Champion second

Last year LMP2 Pro Am Champion Louis Delétraz driving #99 AO by TF Oreca was the fastest of the first day morning session and second fastest of the Prologue with a 1:29.120.

Last year LMP2 Champion third

Paul-Loup Chatin on baord of #28 IDEC Sport Oreca was third of the day and second fastest of the early evening session with a 1:29.139.

Last year LMP2 Champion fourth

Last year LMP2 Champion Esteban Masson in #29 Forestier Racing by Panis was fourth of the Prologue with a 1:29.273 (third of early evening session).

Koen fastest day 2 and fifth of Prologue

With a 1:29.330 set during the second day in the afternoon session, Rick Koen drove the fifth fastest lap of the Prologue with #19 Rossa Racing by Virage Oreca.

Fittipaldi sixth

Pietro Fittipaldi in #10 Vector Sport Oreca who did round the top 5 of the first day with the second fastest lap of the morning session ( 1:29.349) is now the sixth driver in the fastest lap ranking of the Prologue.
