The "Grello" out at the fourth hour and Ford lead
Ford, Mercedes, Lamborghini, Porsche and Aston Martin have lead the 24 Hours of Nürburgring during the first four hours ending the first sixth of the race with drama as the Grello and Mustang #64 went into the rail and abandon.
The Grello out
Outside of refueling periods—when the standings are somewhat skewed—the #911 Porsche “Grello” consistently ran in the top two. At the start of his stint, Kevin Estre was catching Jules Gounon in the #3 Mercedes-AMG (in the lead) until he was caught out by oil on the track; he lost control of his Porsche and was forced to retire.
