Mercedes-AMG and BMW share the top 4 Thursday N24

Both Winward Racing Mercedes-AMG and both ROWE Racing BMW M4 GT3 share the top 4 fastest lap of Thursday both Qualifying sessions at Nürburgring ahead of the 24 Hours of Nürburgring. All fastest lap were set in the afternoon during Qualifying one. The night qualifying 2 session began with a wet track after heavy rain and another heavy rain shower then prevented any further improvements.

Schiller fastest

Fabian Schiller, in the #80 Ravenol Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo, reeled the fastest lap with a 8:14.957.

Marciello second

Last year winner Raffaele Marciello, with the #1 ROWE Racing BMW M4 GT3 Evo, was 3.112 seconds slower. van der Linde confirmed the velocity of the BMW M4 by setting the fastest lap of Qualifying 2 with a 9:19.884 at the wheel of the #1 ROWE Racing BMW M4 GT3 EVO.
