French connection's first row in top qualifying

Kevin Estre was fastest of delayed Top Qualifying session ahead of Thomas Neubauer. Both French drivers qualified their respective cars in first row so that #911 Manthey EMA Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) will start the 53rd Nürburgring 24 from pole and #45 Realize Kondo Racing with Rinaldi will also start from first row.

Top Qualifying session was delayed and shortened after an earlier crash for Laurens Vanthoor with #16 Scherer Sport PHX so that the drivers had only one lap to set their fastest lap.

Porsche - Ferrari in first row

Kevin Estre steered the #911 Manthey EMA Porsche 911 GT3 R with 8:12.741, 1.168 seconds faster than Thomas Neubauer in the #45 Realize Kondo Racing with Rinaldi Ferrari 296 GT3.

Mercedes - Porsche in second row

Maro Engel driving the #14 GetSpeed Mercedes was third fastest with a 8:14.233 from ahead of the #33 Falken Porsche driven by Nico Menzel. Both cars will start from the second row on the grid.
