Tom Blomqvist: (#60 Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian Acura ARX-06) qualified first: "Awesome!  Super happy with the result to get one-two for the team and pole position. Great job by everyone at MSR and HRC. We didn't have the best day yesterday, but we knew the car's potential was there. We knew we had a good pace for qualifying and it was just about executing. It was a team effort."

Nick Yelloly completed the front-row lockout for Acura, qualifying the #93 Acura MSR machine P2. This is Acura's second sweep of the front row this season, following a 1-2 qualifying result at Road America earlier this year.

Nick Yelloly: (#93 Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian Acura ARX-06) qualified second: "P1 and P2 for the Acura Meyer Shank Racing crew here today at Road Atlanta. It was a great qualifying result as we see this program come to an unfortunate end. Tom did a great lap and got the pole there. I thought I had it, but then I saw him pop up on the last lap. Great job by him. I'm happy to be starting second and in front of a lot of the competition. We scored more good points, and now we can try and control the race as best as we can from there."
