Jack Aitken, #31 Whelen Cadillac V-Series.R run by Action Express Racing after qualifying: “What can I say? It's been a long year and feels like we've got it done slightly early, which is a bit surreal after such a hard battle. I mean, I can only say I'm massive thank you to all the boys and girls here at Whelen Cadillac. And Cadillac put an awesome car out from the word go. We've had a lot of fun, and it means we can go out and race properly tomorrow, so going to enjoy that one too. We've got such a nice culture here. People are passionate about what they do. They want to come into work. They want to make the car as fast as they can. As a driver, it actually puts a lot of pressure on you, because you've got to come with your absolute A-game every time, and me, Earl (Bamber) and Fred (Vesti), I hope we did that. Just super proud right now.” Source: Cadillac Racing
