Masson fastest in FP2 one second slower than FP1
FP2 began with a wet track. Improving conditions saw Masson aboard #29 Forestier Racing by Panis ORECA setting the fastest lap of the session, still a second adrift of the pace set by Rinicella during Free Practice 1 ahead of the 4 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. Two Ferrari 296 GT3 faster than Martin with #62 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in LMGT3.

#29 Forestier Racing by Panis fastest in FP2
Esteban Masson was fastest in Free Practice 2 with #29 Forestier Racing by Panis ORECA setting the benchmark of the session with a 2:03.143. Yesterday, Rinicella did set a 2:02.110, more than one second faster on a dry track.
With already two wins this season, Louis Rousset, Oliver Gray and Esteban Masson are targeting their third win of the season.

Valerio Rinicella was second quickest with a 2:04.273 in the #18 IDEC Sport ORECA.

Championship leader Gregoire Saucy in the #22 United Autosports entry was third, 0.197 seconds slower than Rinicella.

McLaren leads Ferrari in LMGT3
in LMGT3, Wayne Boyd in #23 United Autosports McLaren 720S GT3 Evo ended up fastest on a 2:18.893 ahead of two Ferrari 296 GT3. Riccardo Agostini in the #50 AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo was second with a 2:19.049, ahead of Fran Rueda in #74 Kessel Racing Ferrari (2:19.580).
