Gregoire Saucy, Jean Glorieux, Louis Iglesias and Abdulla Ali Al-Khelaifi are the four pole-sitters in their respective categories ahead of the 4 Hours of Portimao.

Gregoire Saucy with #22 United Autosports ORECA dominanted LMP2 qualifying with a 1:31.140 and scored the one point pole position in #22 ORECA 07 – Gibson, 0.423 seconds faster than A. Lynn, second fastest. This boost the United Autosport Oreca and drivers lead to 14 points in the LMP2 championship.

It’s United Autosports’ first ELMS pole position since Barcelona 2024.

Jean Glorieux in LMP2 Pro/Am

Jean Glorieux scored his first ELMS pole aboard the #3 DKR Engineering ORECA in LMP2 Pro/Am. As none of the eight contenders for championships win scored the pole point, the ranking and gap ahead of the 4 Hours of Portimao does not change.

Louis Iglesias scored his third pole this season with #17 CLX Motorsport’s in LMP3 qualifying.

Abdulla Ali Al-Khelaifi in LMGT3

The championship-leading Abdulla Ali Al-Khelaifi scored his fourth pole position of the season with #62 Team Qatar by Iron Lynx Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 and increases his lead with #33 Corvette by one point.
