New brand and major update to Toyota's Hypercar
Starting from the 2026 season, the team will participate under the new brand "TOYOTA RACING" and will introduce the updated "TR010 HYBRID" Hypercar.
Third major update to Toyota’s Hypercar
Toyota recently shared photos of the TR010 HYBRID who will replace the GR010 HYBRID from Qatar 1812km in March onwards.
The TR010 will also feature a brand new livery, with a red-white-and-black design replacing the previous black colour scheme of the GR010.

Pictures show a revised front-end, with new headlamps using the design philosophy from Toyota’s road car range. Exact changes about the car will be revealed later.

New brand for Toyota's European R&D center in WEC
Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) and TOYOTA RACING GmbH have changed the company name of the European research and development center and subsidiary "TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe GmbH" (Cologne, Germany) to "TOYOTA RACING GmbH" and will start to use the new name from January 7, 2026 onwards.
Toyota competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) as "TOYOTA GAZOO Racing" from 2016 to 2025. Starting from the 2026 season, the team will participate under the new brand "TOYOTA RACING".

Toyota will continue to use the Gazoo Racing brand in other areas like its World Rally Championship programme where it fields the GR Yaris Rally1.

Same lineups as last year for both new TR010 Hybrid: Mike Conway, Kamui Kobayashi and Nyck de Vries sharing #7; .Brendon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Ryo Hyrakawa driving sister #8.
