Tom Fleming scored Garage 59’s first pole position in LMGT3 with the #10 McLaren LMGT3 Evo as he did set the fastest lap in Hyperpole ahead of both Lexus.

Tom Fleming scored Garage 59’s first pole position in LMGT3 in the #10 McLaren LMGT3 Evo with a 1:41.181.

Lexus second and third

Both Lexus RC F will start from first and second rows as Hadrien David qualified the #78 Akkodis ASP Team Lexus RC F LMGT3 second 0.226 seconds down, ahead of Clemens Schmid in sister #87 Lexus.

Both BMW M4 fourth and fifth.

Parker Thompson in #69 Team WRT BMW M4 LMGT3 Evo qualified fourth ahead of his teammate in sister #32.

Darren Leung, driver #32: “Big relief to get the package ready for the race. Hats off to the guys for working hours late to get the car where it needs to be. We are still a bit behind where we want to be, but the qualifying showed that the car works. I hope we can transfer this into the race and have a good result!”

Sean Gelael, driver #32: “Relatively good start to the season. Top 5 is a good place. Obviously we want to be in the Top 3 area but honestly I'm quite happy as I only had one push lap so I'm happy that we did it in this lap. Hopefully we can fight for the podium tomorrow!”

Anthony McIntosh, driver #69: "We went into qualifying not really sure how things were going to shake out, but during my prep lap I could already tell that the car was great. It just came alive. Maybe with one more lap there could have been something extra, but we gave it everything we had and I'm really pleased with the result!"

Parker Thompson, driver #69: "I think we can be very happy. Tony did a mega job to get us into Hyperpole, confidently setting a very good lap time to set the second fastest time in LMGT3. Then I went out and did my job. I gave it everything I had. I think a fourth place gives us a lot to fight for tomorrow in the race.
