Two teams head to Silverstone for championship win
The penultimate round of the European Le Mans Series at Silverstone could see two of the 44 entries win their class championship if they strike a win: .
Confortable lead for #48 VDS Panis Racing in LMP2 championships
With two consecutive wins in the last two races (Imola and Spa-Francorchamps), the #48 VDS Panis Racing Oreca-Gibson holds a 20-point lead in the championship standings (76 points) ahead of next weekend race at Silvertone. Panis Racing’s drivers Ollie Gray, Charles Milesi and Esteban Masson could celebrate the championships victories should they win the penultimate round of the European Le Mans Series.

Second for the third race in a row this season, the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 winning #43 Inter Europol Competition head to Silverstone in second place (56 points), with Acura IMSA driver Nick Yelloly, Jakub Smiechowski and Tom Dillmann.

The #18 IDEC Sport first two races (Barcelona and Le Castellet) winners Jamie Chadwick, Mathys Jaubert and Daniel Juncadella need a podium finish to remain in the run for the championships as they did not scored any points at Spa-Francorchamps and stand third with 50 points.

Five teams with 15 points gap in LMP2 Pro-Am
The LMP2 Pro-Am class is very tight with five of the eight entries within 15 points and four different cars taking the class win so far.

The Portuguese team leads by just 3-points from American flagged team AO by TF, with three-time ELMS Champion Louis Delétraz and his American teammates PJ Hyett and Dane Cameron looking for their second win of the 2025 season.

The LMGT3 class is definitively the tighter of all with 8 of the 13 entries still within 11 points from each other.
Four different teams won the first four rounds with #85 Iron Dames Porsche winning at Barcelona, #50 Richard Mille AF Corse Ferrari winning at Le Castellet, #82 TF Sport Corvette winning at Imola and #59 Racing Spirit of Léman Aston Martin Vantage AMR LMGT3 wining at Spa-Francorchamps.
Clément Mateu, Erwan Bastard and Valentin Hasse Clot with #59 Racing Spirit of Léman Aston Martin Vantage lead the class championships with just one point.

4 Hours of Barcelona class winners Sarah Bovy, Célia Martin and Michelle Gatting are second in the standings with the #85 Iron Dames Porsche, just four points ahead of Le Castellet LMGT3 winners Lilou Wadoux, Custodio Toledo and Riccardo Agostini in the #50 Richard Mille AF Corse Ferrari.

CLX Motorsport strong leader in LMP3
The #17 CLX Motorsport team scored four pole positions and three wins in a row in LMP3 class. Theodor Jensen, Adrien Closmenil and Paul Lanchère hold a commanding 31-point lead but had to retire in the last race at Spa-Francorchamps. They will be keen to wrap up the championship in the UK.
