Yelloly and Milesi outpaced Cairoli in qualifying

Cracking batte for pole position between three drivers in LMP2 where Nick Yelloly in #43 Inter Europol Competion and Charles Milesi in #48 VDS Panis Racing outpaced Matteo Cairoli in Iron Lynx – Proton’s #9 ORECA 07 Gibson during the very last lap. It’s Inter Europol Competion’s first ever pole position in European Le Mans Series.

VDS Panis Racing in first row

Alpine Hypercar factory driver Charles Milesi was second of the LMP2 qualifying session with a 1:48.876 which which puts his #48 VDS Panis Racing Oreca 07 - Gibson in first row of tomorrow’s race. Both first row starting drivers were the only ones under the 1:49” of all sessions so far.

Matteo Cairoli and Mattys Jaubert in second row

Matteo Cairoli (Iron Lynx – Proton’s #9 ORECA 07 Gibson) who has been dominating Thursday Collective tests and both Free Practices ended third of qualifying with a 1:49.009 ahead of Mathys Jaubert with #18 Genesis-backed IDEC Sport with a 1:49.206.
