Three red flags with race stopped. Robin Frijns with his WRT #31 dominating the race in the 4th hour under heavy rain. The track was drying the last 2 hours enabling Toyota #7 and Alpine #36 take off to finish in that order.

Frist Pole for Glickenhaus Racing as Oliver Pla did set the fastest qualification time with Glickenhaus 007 LMH #708. Gianmaria Bruni with Porsche 911 RSR-19 #91 was faster LMGTE.

Both Toyota Gazoo Racing dominated the 3rd practice with Jose Maria Lopez fastest (#7) and Rio Harakawo second (#9).

Porsche #92 dominated both practices.

LMP2 cars did dominate the session with Robin Frijns setting the fastest lap driving Team WRT #31. Four LMP2 are in front of Romain Dumas with Glickenhaus 007 LMH setting the best Hypercar performance still 0,758” slower than #31!

Wednesday at Spa-Francorchamps is the day for scrutineering and drivers track walk. Alpine getting a 20kW power reduction. This should reduce the gap with Toyota’s GR010s and Glickenhaus 007 LMH. More news…

Augusto Farfus and Connor De Philippi win NLS 3 after a fantastic battle between ROWE Racing BMW M4 GT3 #99 and BMW Junior Team BMW M4 GT3 #44.

Augusto Farfus (Rowe Racing #99) dominates qualifications. Dan Harper (BMW Junior Team #44) and Christian Krognes (Walkenhorst Motorsport #34) are completing the top three with BMW M4 GT3. Kevin Estre is 4th with #911 Porsche 911 GT3 Manthey Racing.

Porsche driver Alessio Picariello completed his first triple crown attempt in endurance racing by driving the last 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 2021), 24 Hours of Daytona (January 2022) and 12 Hours of Sebring (March 2022).

Porsche and Corvette did battle each taking the lead (71 lpas for Corvette #64 and 112 laps for Porsche #92) but it was Kevin Estre and Michael Christensen who crossed the checkered flag first.

Alpine took its first Hypercar victory at the 1000 Miles of Sebring with Nicolas Lapierre, Matthieu Vaxiviere and Andre Negrao after a two red flag race.

Earl Bamber, Alex Lynn and Neel Jani won the 70th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring with the #02 Chip Ganassi Racing Cadillac DPi-V.R after full of twists during the last 75’.
